Hello, here's a follow-up on that one:
There's more to the story and the media was only fed by what the court could reveal. Since parts of the trial were held behind closed doors, the raped woman's testimony was not published. This sheds a new light on the whole story. So the compromise at the verdict was just a mildered sentence to Kashur. http://lastexiled.com/index.php/2010/09/06/rape-by-deception-the-expose/
